Motivational Mondays

Every time I look at Facebook on Monday mornings, I always expect to see the same posts. You know, those hilarious "I hate Monday" posts.

They never fail to crack me up! I actually find them entertaining (Is that weird?)

For me, it's the total opposite feeling. I love Mondays!! Yes, I said it, I LOVE Mondays!!

I get it though. The weekends are typically filled with fun and relaxing activities that we don't want to end. Our beloved Sunday Fundays. The last thing you want to do is wake up early on Monday morning and go to school or work. Trust me, I don't either, but it's all about your perspective.

To me, Mondays represent another week of opportunity and possibilities. It produces a new chance for you to work towards your goals. To challenge yourself. To regroup your thoughts. But most importantly, they represent a fresh new start.

Besides, it's no fun to start on a Friday. I mean, hello, "diet starts on Monday" people!

So with that being said, I decided I wanted to start Motivational Monday posts. It will be a great way to inspire you (and myself) to begin the new week with a positive mind frame. A chance for you to redeem yourself from the weekend, cause Lord knows, we've all done, said or eaten things that we shouldn't have (Damn you, you delicious Mac n' Cheese with a side of pizza and fajitas!)
