Your To-Do List For The Week

I believe that small changes over a period of time can create a huge impact in your life. And what better way to keep track of these small changes then with a "Motivational Monday To-Do List"!

Print out the list below and keep it somewhere visible. Every day throughout this week, try to accomplish at least one thing from each column. Don't forget to cross them out, that way you can see your achievements.

What I love about this list is that you can interpret it however you'd like. Our weaknesses or beliefs are not all the same. Only you will appreciate and know the meaning behind every word, so personalize it and make it your own.

If you commit to doing at least half of the things from the list, I'm almost certain you'll start feeling better about yourself and the way you treat the people around you.
