If there is one thing I haven't learned to love yet is working out.
There are some weeks where I'm on it! Going to the gym at least 3x/week- doing my Body Pump Class and high-intensity cardio workout. Other days, I want to lay on my couch and do nothing.
For the days I'm feeling extra lazy, I for a walk instead. I find this way of burning calories much more enjoyable than going to the gym.
My favorite place to walk? Cranes Roost!
Cranes Roost Park is at the heart of Uptown Altamonte surrounding Cranes Roost Lake. The lake is encircled by one mile of continuous walkway with benches and covered seating areas.
I love taking in the fresh air and being alone with my thoughts. I go around the lake about 2-3 times at a nice relaxing pace, which usually takes about an hour.
I don't like to carry anything with me when I go for my walk. It weighs me down and most likely I'll lose it.
Thankfully there are a couple of water fountains around the lake, so not having my water bottle is not an issue and I still keep hydrated.
After my workout, I head back to my car and immediately wipe off the sweat with the Kleenex Wet Wipes that I carry in my purse.
I live about 20 minutes from Cranes Roost so by the time I get home and shower, the sweat would already have seeped into my pores. Everytime I work out, I clean my face and neck with the Wet Wipes and automatically feel refreshed!
Kleenex Wet Wipes lack the harsh chemicals that current wipes carry so it is safe to use on hands and face but is also thick and soft enough to clean with.
Whether I'm running errands or after working out, Kleenex Wet Wipes come in handy and are super convenient for easy cleanup.
