"Neu" Makeup Essentials with Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Cosmetics
The New Year is here and what better way to start the New Year right than with a new everyday makeup routine?
The first brand I ever purchased when I started wearing makeup was Neutrogena®. Growing up, I had acne prone skin and Neutrogena was the only brand that didn't cause me to break out. Fast forward 15 years later and I'm still using Neutrogena! I love it because with their makeup products, I get quality ingredients and formulas at a great price.
My skin is normally a combination of oily and dry, but during the Winter time, my skin needs a little more hydration and love. Lately, I've been using Neutrogena's new Hydro Boost Cosmetics - which is their new line of makeup with hydrating hyaluronic acid that boasts lip-quenching conditioning and a hydrating foundation that's better for your skin than wearing no makeup at all!
Last year I started being more consistent with my skincare routine and taking better care of my skin. I've already seen a huge improvement! I try to not wear too much makeup during the week. Something minimal that won't clog my pores.
With the four new products in Neutrogena's Hydro Boost Cosmetics, I've found my "Neu" makeup routine!
I use the Hydrating Tint in the color Natural Beige 60 for a lightweight coverage. It hydrates my skin for 24 hours and has me looking fresh all day long!
I also use the natural looking Hydrating Concealer that has a hydrating core to mask any imperfections. Bye-bye under eyes dark circles!
Before applying any type of lipstick, I always make sure to add a lip balm to prevent my lips from chapping. Neutrogena's Hydrating Lip Treatment helps soothe and instantly conditions my lips. I've also incorporated it to my nighttime routine.
After my lips are nice and hydrated, I use the Hydrating Lip Shine in the color Almond Nude 27. It's the perfect shade for a natural look.
