Service Description

Community Access and Transport under the NDIS supports participants in building independence, engaging with their community, and accessing essential services and activities. This can include assistance with attending appointments, social outings, community events, shopping, or transport to and from work or study. At Metanoia Living, we provide safe, reliable, and person-centred transport and community access support. Our team works closely with participants to understand their goals and ensure they can connect meaningfully with their community, attend important commitments, and enjoy greater freedom and independence in their daily lives.
